Luxe Home Interiors is a Carmel, Indiana furniture store specializing in custom order upholstery and interior design services. Our goal is to provide unique options in home furnishings and design expertise to help our clients create beautiful rooms that will provide years of enjoyment. Our designers will have access to an extensive selection of custom furniture options, accessories, wall art, area rugs, and window treatments.
Luxe design consultants must be able to build relationships and work one-on-one with clients providing space planning, product selection, in-store/in-home presentation,and follow-up service. Experience in retail sales and/or interior design is preferred. Luxe design consultants should also:
1. Have an understanding of home furnishings and interior design principles
2. Have strong selling skills and understand the sales process
3. Have a positive attitude
4. Be self motivated and comfortable with a performance based pay plan
5. Be able to work some evenings for client appointments and special events
6. Have reliable transportation to in-home presentations
7. Be fun, out-going, and creative!
Luxe will provide training on our extensive product selection as well as a proven sales process system that will enable you to achieve your goals. We have a performance based commission pay plan that encourages and rewards an outstanding performance.
